Alexis Finklea

Alexis Finklea is an IT Internal Auditor at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Alabama since April 2021, with prior experience as a Technology Assurance Associate at KPMG from June 2019 to April 2021. In the University of Alabama MIS Capstone Program, Alexis contributed as a Front End Developer, focusing on a mobile-accessible fantasy golf game, utilizing Agile Methodology, and delivering a user-friendly interface through HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Alexis also served as a Student Consultant for Community Service Programs of West Alabama, developing a recommendation for an internal housing search tool to enhance counselor productivity. Additionally, Alexis held the position of District 1 Vice President for the Future Business Leaders of America-Phi Beta Lambda. Alexis earned a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from The University of Alabama in 2019 and completed high school at Athens High School in 2015.
