Jorge Martinez

Jorge Martinez currently serves as the Senior Regional Communications Lead at Florida Blue, where responsibilities include leading all communications activities for the South Florida region and overseeing a hyper-local communications strategy across eight counties. Prior to this role, Jorge held the position of Executive Vice President/Vice President at The Conroy Martinez Group from April 2001 to October 2020, managing account work, supervising staff, and conducting day-to-day operations while developing integrated public relations, marketing, and social media programs for a diverse client portfolio. Jorge holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Relations and Sociology from the University of Miami, earned between 1987 and 1991, and completed secondary education at Christopher Columbus High School from 1983 to 1987.
