Julie Fuller

Julie Fuller has extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations, currently serving in Commercial Group Sales Go-to-Market at Florida Blue since 2016. Fuller worked as a Business Plan & Business Feasibility Study Consultant at Rapid Business Plans from October 2022 to October 2023 and was a Franchise Owner at FASTSIGNS® of St. Augustine between 2018 and 2022. Prior to these roles, Fuller held positions at the University of North Florida as a Coordinator of Instructional Design and at Nova Southeastern University as a Librarian. The career began as a Teacher with Broward County Public Schools from 2005 to 2011. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Library and Information Science from Florida State University and a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from Florida International University.
