Katrina Lee Stephens

Katrina Lee Stephens, RN, BSN, MHA, is an accomplished healthcare professional with extensive experience in clinical management and medical review. Currently serving as the Clinical Manager Payment Integrity at Florida Blue since April 2017, Katrina has also held multiple roles within the organization, including Payment Integrity Nurse and Manager Medical Review. Previous experience includes positions at Novitas Solutions, Inc. as a Clinical Review Nurse and at HCR ManorCare as a Registered Nurse Supervisor. Katrina's career began at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Florida, where responsibilities included overseeing talent and performance management for approximately 2,000 employees. Additionally, experience as an adjunct professor at Everest University-Orange Park and a Senior Medical Technologist at UF Health Jacksonville underscores a strong foundation in medical education and laboratory analysis. Katrina holds a Bachelor's degree in Nursing from Jacksonville University and a Master's degree in Health Care Administration/Management from the University of North Florida.
