Rafael Sawin

Rafael Sawin, MBA, MHA-SI, currently serves as the Senior Manager of Learning and Development for Medicare Sales at Florida Blue, where responsibilities include developing complex learning solutions across all Medicare Sales Channels. In addition, Rafael holds the position of EMBRACE Board Workforce Chair, fostering an inclusive environment that emphasizes mental health and spiritual well-being among employees and local communities. Previous experience includes serving as Central Florida Sales Manager at Berlin & Denys Insurance, where Rafael successfully developed a start-up office that contributed significantly to company revenue.
