Susan Towler

Susan Towler is an accomplished executive with over two decades of experience in the healthcare industry. Currently serving as Executive Director at Florida Blue since March 2001, Susan focuses on enhancing the brand through strategic philanthropy and strong relationships. Previously, Susan held the role of Vice President at Florida Blue, reinforcing the organization's mission across the state. Prior experience includes serving as Public Relations Director at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Florida, and Client Services Manager at The Robin Shepherd Group, as well as President at SEB Communications. Susan holds a BS in Public Relations and Communications from the University of Florida and a certificate from the Harvard Kennedy School.
