Warren Mills has extensive experience in sales operations and regulatory oversight within the insurance industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Sales Operations and previously holding the position of Sr. Director of Sales Analytics at Florida Blue, Warren has a solid foundation in data-driven decision-making and sales strategy. Prior roles include Director of Life and Health Product Review and Deputy Chief of Staff at the Florida Office of Insurance Regulation, where regulatory expertise was developed. Additionally, Warren has experience as a Geological Analyst at Well Data Services and as an Agent/Mentor at American General Life & Accident Insurance Company, along with entrepreneurial experience as a Business Owner at The Sandwich Mill. Warren Mills holds a Master's degree in Risk Management & Insurance from Florida State University and a Master's degree in Applied Economics from the University of North Dakota.
