Xiaoping Ding

Xiaoping Ding, CFA, FSA has a comprehensive work experience in various roles and companies. Currently, they serve as the VP of Pharmacy and PBM Performance at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois, Montana, New Mexico, Oklahoma & Texas since 2022. Prior to this, they had extensive experience at Elixir, where they held several senior positions including SVP of Center of Excellence, Government Programs, SVP of Government Programs, and VP of Chief Actuary from 2014 to 2022.

Before joining Elixir, Xiaoping worked at Aetna as the Part D Finance Head from 2011 to 2014. In 2008, they held the role of Actuarial Manager at Bravo Health. Xiaoping began their career at Deloitte Consulting as a Senior Consultant from 2004 to 2008.
