Brian Higgs

Brian Higgs is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in marketing and proposal management. Currently serving as Manager of Proposal Management and Sales Enablement at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas City since February 2022, Brian previously held the position of Senior Proposal Manager at the same organization.
