Christina Lively

Christina Lively has extensive experience in marketing and communications. Christina currently holds the position of VP/Chief Marketing Officer at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas City, a role they have held since 2022. Prior to this, from 2020 to 2022, they served as the Senior Vice President, Global Marketing at C2FO. From 2016 to 2020, they held the position of Department Vice President, Marketing & Communications at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas City.

Before joining Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Christina worked at H&R Block from 2001 to 2016, holding various marketing positions including Director, Brand Strategy and Integration and Director of Field Marketing. Prior to H&R Block, they worked at H&R Block Financial Advisors as a Marketing Manager from 1999 to 2001. Christina started their career at CommunityAmerica Credit Union, where they served as a Marketing Manager from 1997 to 1999.

Christina Lively attended The University of Kansas from 1988 to 1993, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Communications and Journalism.
