Jeff Cox has extensive experience in quality improvement, currently serving in that role at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas City since January 2000. Previously, Jeff worked as floor staff at Sam's Club from October 2015 to May 2019 and as a customer service representative at Gospel Publishing House from January 1994 to December 1999. Jeff also served as a tow gunner in the United States Marine Forces Reserve between May 1990 and May 1996. Jeff holds a Bachelor's degree in Bible/Biblical Studies from Central Bible College, which was completed between 1994 and 1999.
