Jonna Harris

Jonna Harris has over 28 years of experience in the field of human resources, with extensive expertise in benefits, compensation, and HR operations. Jonna currently holds the role of Department Vice President, Total Rewards & HR Operations at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas City. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Total Rewards & HR Operations at the same company.
