Amanda Bayless

Amanda Bayless has over a decade of experience in communication and marketing roles, currently serving as a Production Designer and Marketing Associate at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas since February 2017. In this position, Amanda collaborates closely with the Brand Creative team, focusing on graphic design projects such as brochures, posters, and forms. Prior to this, Amanda worked as a Marketing Production Assistant and at the Kansas National Education Association as a Communications Administrative Assistant, where responsibilities included managing publications, editing the website, and coordinating press releases. Amanda's earlier positions included office management and sales assistance at American Family Insurance and a webmaster role at Country Legends 106.9 FM. Amanda holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Washburn University.
