Charles Morgan

Charles Morgan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion management, currently serving as the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Manager at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas since July 2022. As the owner of Best of Both Worlds Lawn Care & Painting since January 2011, Charles has entrepreneurial experience alongside a background in account management from Advisors Excel and account coordination at jones huyett Partners. Previous roles also include serving at Longhorn Steakhouse and interning in marketing for GTCC/GO Topeka/DBE Programs. Charles holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and Finance from Washburn University, complemented by an Associate's degree in Business from Kansas City Kansas Community College.
