Christopher Morris

Christopher Morris has extensive experience in endpoint engineering and technical support, currently serving as Team Lead of Endpoint Engineering and previously as a Senior Software Analyst at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas since May 2015. Responsibilities include leading software and hardware upgrade projects, managing thin client policies, creating VMware desktop pools, and overseeing applications within Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM). Prior roles involved support for end-user service requests, technical documentation, project management, and IT asset tracking. Christopher's career began in the United States Army as a Radio and Communications Security Repair Technician from June 2000 to June 2004, focusing on troubleshooting and maintaining communication systems. Christopher holds an Associate of Science degree in Information Networking Technology from Allen County Community College.
