Connie Fulton, MBA, PHR, SHRM CP has extensive experience in human resources and operations. Connie is currently serving as the Director of HR Operations at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas. Previously, they worked at Hill's Pet Nutrition as the Global Sr. Human Resources Business Partner and Manager of Human Resources. In these roles, they were responsible for various HR strategies, including recruitment, employee relations, succession planning, and organizational design. Before that, Connie worked at Westar Energy, where they handled employee relations, administered the company's Affirmative Action Plan, and provided strategic guidance to leaders on various HR matters. Connie also has experience at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, where they held roles such as HR Specialist, Training Coordinator, Quality Assurance Technician, and Operations. Throughout their career, Connie has demonstrated skills in HR strategy, compliance, labor relations, training, and leadership.

Their education background includes a focus on Business Administration and Human Resource in their Master's program, while their Bachelor's degree is in Criminal Justice.
