Crystal Bowman, SHRM-CP, ODCP, currently serves as Strategic Leader for HR Programs and HR Business Partners at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas since February 2022. Prior to this, Crystal held the position of Senior Human Resources Business Partner at the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City from November 2020 to February 2022. Crystal's extensive experience also includes a role as Sr. HR Business Partner/HR Leader at SE2, LLC from December 2016 to November 2020, and a variety of positions at Payless ShoeSource from February 2005 to December 2016, including Corporate HR Business Partner and Sr. Compensation Analyst. Crystal Bowman holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Emporia State University.
