Eric Dorzweiler

Eric Dorzweiler, MBA, is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software development and systems integration. Currently serving as Lead Developer at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas since October 2017, Eric previously held various roles at Payless ShoeSource from June 2000 to September 2017, including Principal Software Engineer for Logistics Systems and Java Competency Center. Eric's expertise encompasses managing agile release management programs, conducting comprehensive testing, and mentoring IT teams. Eric has a strong background in designing and implementing complex software solutions, integrating third-party systems, and leading significant technology upgrades, notably the transition to WMOS 2013.
