Jeff Bergman

Jeff Bergman has extensive work experience in the field of finance and actuarial science. Jeff began their career at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas in 2007 as an Actuarial Analyst and progressed through various roles, including Director of Risk Management and Director of Actuarial & Risk Management. In 2022, they were promoted to Vice President of Finance and CFO. Additionally, Jeff worked at Washburn University as an Adjunct Instructor from 2008 to 2009.

Jeff Bergman has a strong educational background in mathematics. Jeff earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mathematics from Western Michigan University from 2003 to 2005. Following that, they pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Mathematics at Kansas State University from 2005 to 2007.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Jeff has obtained several certifications. Jeff is a Competent Communicator (CC) certified by Toastmasters International, which they achieved in April 2019. Jeff also holds the Certified Pricing Professional certification from the Professional Pricing Society, obtained in May 2017. Jeff is a Chartered Enterprise Risk Analyst, certified by the Society of Actuaries since January 2015. Furthermore, Jeff is recognized as a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA), which they attained in December 2010.
