Jesynthia Noe

Jesynthia Noe possesses extensive experience in membership operations and financial services, currently serving as Manager of Membership Operations at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas since April 2015. Prior to this, Jesynthia held the position of Supervisor for Individual Business and Financial Services within the same organization from August 2011 to April 2014, and worked as a Membership Financial Auditor during that time. Jesynthia's career commenced at Capitol Federal Savings, where a role as Senior Teller was undertaken from January 2005 to August 2011.
