Mary Beth Chambers

Mary Beth Chambers has extensive experience in corporate communications, currently serving as the Manager of Corporate Communications for Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas since May 1998. Responsibilities include managing editorial policy, leading communication campaigns, media relations as the company spokesperson, overseeing a communicative team, and administering a significant annual budget. Previous roles include Public Information Coordinator and Communications Specialist at Blue Cross, as well as positions at Washburn University as Sports Information Director, Kansas Motor Carriers Association as Associate Director of Public Relations, and National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics as Assistant Director of Communications. Mary Beth Chambers earned a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism with a minor in history from Benedictine College.
