Matt All

Matt All has extensive experience in the legal and healthcare sectors, currently serving as President and CEO of Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas since January 2007, following a progression of leadership roles within the organization including Executive Vice President and General Counsel. Prior to this, Matt All was a lecturer at the University of Kansas School of Law from 2002 to 2018 and held the position of Chief Counsel for the Office of the Governor from 2003 to 2007. Additional experience includes serving as Assistant Commissioner at the Kansas Insurance Department and as an Associate at Stevens & Brand. Matt All earned a Juris Doctor from Yale Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from The University of Kansas.
