Michaela Walker

Michaela Walker is an experienced professional in healthcare and public health, currently serving as a Blue Health Initiatives Intern at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas since September 2017, where responsibilities include enhancing the Northeast Kansas network on the Healthify platform. Concurrently, Michaela has worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant at Midwest Health, Inc. since July 2013. Previous experience includes serving as a Cheerleading Instructor for the Universal Cheerleaders Association from May 2014 to December 2015, and working as a Customer Service Representative at NPC International from October 2013 to December 2015. Michaela holds a Master of Public Health with a focus on Epidemiology from the University of Kansas Medical Center and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Pittsburg State University, along with additional studies in Chemistry, Public Health, and Physical Science.
