Nicki F.

Nicki F. has a diverse work experience starting in 2005 as a Business Intern at Indian Hills Country Club. From 2006 to 2009, they worked as a Business Manager at Chesterfield Valley Dental Group. In 2009, they joined The Home Depot and held various roles including Office Supervisor, Inventory Control & Quality Assurance Operations Manager, and HR Manager. In 2016, Nicki joined Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas as an HR Generalist and later became the Director of Human Resources. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) - VP, Human Resources and Administrative Services at the same company.

Nicki F. attended Kansas State University from 2001 to 2005 and earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management & Business Administration. In January 2023, they obtained a certification in Lean for Leaders from Kansas State University.
