Payam Pourmirza

Payam Pourmirza has a robust background in information security and systems administration, currently serving as the Chief Information Security Officer at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas since August 2015. Over the years, Payam has held several roles within the organization, including Interim Chief Information Security Officer, Manager of Enterprise Systems, Team Leader for Infrastructure, and Senior System Administrator. Prior to this, Payam gained valuable experience at IBM from May 2012 to August 2015 as the Intel/VMware Team Lead and Intel Systems Administrator. Payam's career commenced at M-C Industries, Inc. where responsibilities included Systems Administrator from January 1998 to May 2012.
