Rebecca Witte

Rebecca Witte is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in public relations, marketing, and photography. Currently serving as a Public Relations Specialist at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas since September 2020, Rebecca also owns and operates Rebecca Witte Photography since January 2011. Previous roles include Public Information Officer for the Kansas Department of Corrections, Communications Manager and Specialist at Stormont Vail Health, and managing communication efforts for the State of Kansas, where responsibilities included event planning for the Governor's Residence and assisting the First Lady of Kansas with scheduling and speech writing. Earlier career experiences encompass serving as Sales and Marketing Director at KemperSports Management and Marketing Director at Lang Diesel, Inc. Rebecca holds two Bachelor of Arts degrees in Journalism and Mass Communications, with an emphasis in Public Relations, from Kansas State University, earned between 2004 and 2007.
