Ryan Hoskinson

Ryan Hoskinson has extensive experience in the field of education and technology, currently serving as the Digital Learning Team Lead at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas since June 2011. In this role, Ryan coordinates training activities for the Information Technology and Services division and oversees the maintenance and revision of learning programs. Previous positions at the same company include supervising the Service Desk and working as an IT Technical Education Consultant and an eLearning Specialist. Ryan's earlier career includes teaching various levels of Mathematics at Auburn/Washburn USD437 and serving as a Mortgage Broker and Financial Representative. Ryan holds a Master’s of Science in Instructional Design and Technology from Emporia State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Secondary Education/Mathematics from Kansas State University.
