Shane Bartley

Shane Bartley is a seasoned professional in digital experience and design with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Digital Experience Tech Architect/Strategist and Creative Team Lead at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas since October 2015, Shane has also worked in various capacities including UI Design Specialist, Front End Web Developer, and Digital Graphics Designer. As the owner of Shane Bartley Studios since October 2005, Shane combines expertise in music composition, graphic design, and web development. Additional experience includes roles as University Webmaster at Washburn University, Technology Specialist at Florists' Review, and Communications Specialist/Managing Editor at the League of Kansas Municipalities. Shane Bartley's academic background includes a Bachelor of Science in Journalism focusing on Advertising from The University of Kansas and an Associate of Arts in Music Education from Hutchinson Community College.
