Amanda Buonpane

Amanda Buonpane is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales training, financial analysis, and customer service. Currently serving as Sales Training Manager at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts since June 2013, Amanda manages complex financial scenarios for an extensive portfolio of $500 million while addressing escalated issues and overseeing financial transactions. Previous roles include Senior Financial Analyst and Training and Development Senior Analyst within the same organization. Additionally, Amanda is a certified yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance since May 2015 and has a background in customer service from Boston Financial Data Services, where skills in investment procedures and problem resolution were developed.
