Bridgette Bastien is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategic marketing, product management, and innovation within the healthcare industry. Currently serving as the Director of Strategic Marketing at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts since March 2019, Bridgette oversees marketing, communications, and team development for Pharmacy, Health and Medical Management, and Specialty Benefits, impacting approximately 2.8 million members.
