Crystal Holmes is a seasoned professional in the insurance industry with over two decades of experience. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Sales and Operations for Specialty Benefits at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts since June 2019, Crystal has a strong background in sales and operations, having previously held the position of Director of Sales & Operations at Indigo Insurance Services, also under the Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts umbrella, since July 2011. Prior roles include Sales Executive at Indigo Insurance and Key Account Executive at Telamon Insurance & Financial Network. Crystal holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Framingham State University, earned in 2002.
