Deborah Kemmerer

Deborah Kemmerer, MPH, MBA, serves as the Commercial HEDIS Program Manager at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts since April 2019, leading a multi-disciplinary team to achieve a notable 5.0 PPO rating. Previously, Deborah held the position of Senior Business Analyst, managing the first nudge unit in a health plan and facilitating collaboration among a diverse range of stakeholders. Prior experience includes serving as Quality Manager for the Massachusetts Market at Tenet Healthcare, where Deborah oversaw regulatory compliance and successfully led hospitals through accreditation processes. Deborah also worked as a Clinical Decisions Support Data Analyst at both Tenet Healthcare and the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, focusing on quality improvement and data analysis.
