Dhruv Narang

Dhruv Narang is a seasoned professional in the field of data solutions and IT program management, currently serving as a Sr Data Solution Architect at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts since July 2023. Prior to this role, Dhruv accumulated over a decade of experience at IBM, from May 2010 to September 2023, where responsibilities included IT Program Manager and Solution Architect. Earlier career highlights include serving as an IT Specialist at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts from 2010 to 2018 and working as Team Lead for Software Engineering and QA at Tech Mahindra from March 2006 to May 2010. Notable project involvement includes optimization technology for scheduling at Ford Inc. Dhruv holds a graduate degree in Innovation and Entrepreneurship from Harvard University (2018-2019) and a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from Kurukshetra University (2001-2005).
