Jay McQuaide

Jay McQuaide serves as the Chief Communications & Citizenship Officer at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts since September 2005, overseeing internal and external communication programs and initiatives focused on building healthier, more equitable communities. Prior roles at the organization include Market Segment Leader, Senior Vice President of Corporate Communications and Citizenship, and Director of Internal Communications, demonstrating extensive experience in managing member relations and executive communications. Prior to joining Blue Cross Blue Shield, Jay McQuaide worked as a journalist at WBZ Radio & Television from 1992 to 2005. Jay McQuaide holds a Bachelor’s degree in English and Political Science from the University of Massachusetts Lowell, obtained between 1987 and 1991.
