Kristine Sand

Kristine Sand has a diverse work experience with a focus on healthcare and marketing. Kristine started their career in 2003 at The Occasions Group as a Marketing Specialist, where they worked until 2006. In 2006, they joined Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, initially working in Brand Management until 2012. From 2012 to 2015, they served as a Senior Manager in High Cost Case Reporting. Kristine then transitioned to the role of Director of Project Management Office from 2015 to 2020. Currently, they are the Director of Health Equity Program at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, a position they have held since November 2020.

Kristine Sand completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from St. Cloud State University, from 1999 to 2003. Kristine then pursued an MBA at Simmons College - Simmons School of Management, graduating in 2010. In 2013, they attended the Emerging Leaders Program at UMass Boston.
