Lindsay Russo is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in the healthcare sector, currently serving as Senior Manager of Communications & Culture Programs at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts since June 2005. In this role, Lindsay leads a team focused on internal communication strategies and culture change initiatives, collaborating with divisional leaders to promote inclusive programming.
