Matthew Soleyn

Matthew Soleyn is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in Salesforce engineering and business systems analysis. Currently serving as a Senior Salesforce Engineer at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts since October 2012, Matthew leads project delivery and operational support for Salesforce implementations across multiple business units, including Commercial Markets and Enrollment. Matthew's previous roles include Senior Business System Analyst and Technical Lead, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing rating engine replacement projects and enhancing Salesforce functionalities. Prior to joining BCBSMA, Matthew held various IT and project management positions at Epic Systems, Epping School District, and other organizations, acquiring a diverse skill set in technology and client management. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Information Science from Northeastern University.
