Natalya Belozerova

Natalya Belozerova, MBA, CPA, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business operations and performance management. Since June 2010, Natalya has served as the Director of Business Performance and Operations at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, where responsibilities include leading operations and strategy for the Commercial Product portfolio, ensuring the successful delivery of product and health engagement objectives, and maintaining accountability for operational performance and quality outcomes. Prior to this role, Natalya held various positions at ACS, a Xerox Company from 2005 to 2010, including Senior Vendor Integration Manager, Audit Project Manager, and Senior Auditor, where duties involved multistate unclaimed property compliance examinations and team supervision.
