Richard Sarcia

Richard Sarcia has extensive experience in the healthcare IT industry, with a focus on technology engineering, project management, and strategic leadership. Richard has held various roles throughout their career, including Senior Director of Technology Engineering and Value Stream Delivery at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, where they managed a large team and oversaw transformative initiatives. Prior to that, they served as an IT Director, overseeing multiple applications and collaborating with business partners to implement technology solutions. Richard also has experience as an IT Project Director, leading the delivery of enterprise-wide projects and developing innovative data strategies. Before joining Blue Cross Blue Shield, Richard worked as a Senior Consultant and Senior IT Project Manager at Signature Consultants and as an IT Program Manager and Applications Delivery Manager at Private Healthcare Systems. Richard began their career as an IT Project Manager and Applications Analyst at Partners HealthCare System, Inc.
