Roz Jones, MBA PMP, is a seasoned project management professional with extensive experience in the healthcare sector. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager in Product Development at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts since June 2017, Roz leads customer-focused initiatives for a top-ranked $7B health plan, successfully expanding telehealth offerings and digital capabilities. Prior experience includes consulting at Catalant Technologies, where strategic management was provided to healthcare companies, and roles at PharMerica, where oversight of corporate initiatives was managed across 90 pharmacies.
