Alicia Stokes has extensive experience in healthcare strategy and transformation, currently serving as Vice President of Strategy, Planning & Performance for Government Markets at Blue Cross NC since July 2013. In this role, Alicia leads initiatives to design and implement value-based healthcare arrangements, enhancing the organization's market presence. Prior positions at Blue Cross NC include Director of Insights & Innovation and Program Manager for Health Delivery Redesign, where Alicia managed programs focused on healthcare transformation. Previously, Alicia worked at Duke University Health System as Patient Flow Manager, analyzing financial data to optimize service delivery. Alicia began a career at ORTHOPRO, INC. as Lead Sales Executive, managing sales contracts and recruitment. Alicia holds a Master's Degree in Health Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Athletic Training & Sports Medicine from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
