Angela Boykin

Angela Boykin is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the healthcare sector, particularly in Medicaid strategy and operations. Since September 2017, Angela has held multiple leadership roles at Blue Cross NC, currently serving as Chief Executive Officer of Healthy Blue and previously as VP Engagement, Integration & Innovation, and VP Government Operations, Chief Compliance Officer. Angela's background also includes a tenure at Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Carolina as Director of Membership Solutions from January 2014 to April 2021. Additionally, Angela is an alumnus of Leadership North Carolina and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications, Marketing, and Public Relations from Appalachian State University, earned from 1985 to 1989.
