April Verseman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in configuration management and system support within the healthcare insurance industry. Currently serving as a Senior Manager Configuration at Blue Cross NC since September 2016, April leads a team of 2 team leads and up to 45 individual contributors, overseeing large-scale Facets migrations and driving departmental improvements in metrics, staffing, and budgeting. Previous roles at TriZetto Corporation included managing configuration analysts and overseeing client relationships for hosted Facets and QNXT clients. April's career began as a consultant and claims adjuster, building a solid foundation in claims processing and configuration across various organizations.
