Arnie Mariano is a seasoned user experience professional with extensive experience in UI/UX design and management. Currently serving as User Experience Manager at Blue Cross NC since January 2019, Arnie leads the design of user interfaces and interactions while ensuring alignment with business and user needs. As the owner of Refocus Designs, a boutique web design company, Arnie focuses on creating engaging designs that foster human connections. Past roles include Interaction Architect at Piper Companies and Lead UX/UI/Product Designer at US Energy Group, where projects such as the USE Portfolio Manager were developed. Arnie's career also includes positions at Intuit and Medfusion, along with owning a bar and grill. An education from Rutgers University supports Arnie's professional foundation.
