Beth Clayton

Beth Clayton has over 20 years of work experience in the insurance industry. Beth started their career at Investors Consolidated Insurance Company where they worked as a Supervisor of Claims and Data Processing from 1981 to 2000. In 2000, Beth joined BCBSNC as a Team Lead for Medicare A and later moved on to become the Manager of Federal Employee Program Customer Service from 2001 to 2006. Beth then served as the Director of Federal Programs Group Customer Service from 2006 to 2011. Beth's most recent role at BCBSNC was as the Director of Operations, where they provided leadership and direction for the Federal and Medicare divisions, overseeing multiple business units and leading initiatives to optimize systems and processes.

Beth Clayton attended Kennedy Western University from 2004 to 2006, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Science in Business Administration.
