Carmella Melton, MBA, is an experienced professional with a strong background in internal communications, employee experience, and leadership development, currently serving as AVP at Blue Cross NC since October 2005. Over the years, Carmella has held various leadership roles, including Director and Manager in Internal Communications and Employment Brand, successfully managing teams to enhance awareness of HR initiatives through strategic communication plans.
