Herb Weimann

Herb Weimann currently serves as TSO for Large and Distributed Systems at Blue Cross NC, a position held since February 2020. Prior experience includes a consultant role for Enterprise Systems at IBM, where responsibilities encompassed zSystems, x86, storage, network, and disaster recovery architecture and administration. Herb also held the I/T Director position at Optimas Solutions from January 2015 to April 2019, leading the design of multi-platform infrastructure environments and overseeing the migration to SD-WAN. From January 2005 to December 2014, Herb managed a technical services team at Anixter, focusing on a diverse multi-platform environment involving compute, storage, networking, and disaster recovery solutions.
