Julie Knaack, MPH, RD, serves as the Manager of the County Engagement Team at Blue Cross NC, where responsibilities include strategic engagement and program implementation to enhance member outcomes within Government Markets for Medicaid, Medicare, and FEP. With extensive experience in healthcare consulting, Julie has previously managed a team delivering healthcare program recommendations and has provided subject matter expertise to bolster consultative services. Prior to Blue Cross NC, Julie held senior management roles focused on organizational coaching for health promotion and nutrition education at Prevention Partners and delivered specialized nutrition services in clinical and community settings for over a decade. Julie holds a Master of Public Health in Nutrition with a focus on Maternal and Child Health from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Bachelor's degree in Dietetics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
