Kimberly Speed

Kimberly Speed has over 20 years of work experience in various roles within the healthcare and insurance industry. Kimberly started their career as a Programmer Analyst at North Carolina Mutual Life Insurance Company in 1998. From there, they joined Cigna Healthcare in 2000 as a Business Analyst Specialist. In 2005, they moved to Blue Cross NC, where they held multiple positions including Business Systems Analyst II, Enterprise Business Analyst, Sr. Business Process Consultant, Manager and Senior Manager of Business Process Excellence, and Director of Portfolio Management. Currently, they are working as the Director of Quality Audit at Blue Cross NC.
