Kristen Zuco has extensive experience in project and operations management within the healthcare industry, primarily with Blue Cross NC since January 2006. Currently serving as Project Delivery Manager, Kristen supports various teams to meet project deadlines and improve outcomes. Previously, Kristen held roles as Lead Program Manager and Senior Business Systems Analyst, focusing on migration to the Facets Platform, and as State Health Plan Channel Lead, ensuring consistent operations for a line of business. Kristen's career began in hospitality with positions at The Walt Disney Company and the Boca Raton Resort & Club, where skills in service excellence were developed. Kristen holds a Bachelor's degree in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management from Penn State University.
